Hired Golf Clubs

Some of us are taking our own clubs but a few have chosen to hire. Pricewise it is £60 to carry bags on Easyjet and 67€ to hire and that includes insurance so,  £5.50 cheaper to hire. For me it is a good opportunity to try out different makes of clubs......only worry would be if I liked them better than my own? They will be awaiting us at Faro airport just beside where we pick up luggage. Fingers crossed.

The Lonesome Pine

Another time, another adventure and another new experience for me! In a week or so a group of ladies from our golf club are off to test the delights  of Islantilla Golf Resort.  As the wind is howling outside and rain  battering against the window I am thinking of the warmth and the sun ahead of us and anticipating  that maybe my golf might improve. If not it doesn't matter as I have my excuse ready.......I'm not used to these hired golf clubs!!!!!
